La Liga Betting Preview Casumo

If someone had told me that on gameweek 9 Barcelona would be 12th in La Liga and closer to relegation than first place I would have called them crazy. This season Barca are a bigger disaster than when they had signed Chigrinsky (Yes, I had to google the name). We discuss them, Real Sociedad’s aim to cling onto top spot and, of course, Real VARdrid

Messi, if you are reading this: Barça need you.

Barça need you more than I need wi-fi while at my in-laws! It’s fine that 17-year-olds Ansu Fati and Pedri are carrying the team, but if you want to be the best, you need the GOAT at full capacity too. The summer drama did not help, but Messi always turns up against Betis! He’s scored the most goals against them in the club’s history and even won Sevilla hearts over in doing so. This is HIS game and we back him to return to his best once more with a bang.

We think he’ll score a hattrick and have priced it up at 15/1 or 16.00

Vamos Real Sociedad!

It’s another La Liga weekend with Real Sociedad in top spot. We’re getting used to the Txuriurdines up there and they’re giving us neutrals something to smile about. Real Sociedad are not simply winning their games, but are playing brilliantly and scoring plenty. This weekend they play against Granada and this rivalry is more complicated than a message from your partner saying “we need to talk”. The truth is that guessing who will win is more difficult than eating soup with a fork, but we’re sure that we will see goals.

Get over 2.5 goals in this one at 19/20 or 1.95

Valencia v Real Madrid: The match of the weekend.

We’ve saved the best for last. Valencia are not what they were and have sold so many players that the coach needs to include himself in the line up! Despite everything, at the Mestalla, Valencia fight more than a cat when you try to bathe it. They’ll match Madrid and put them to the sword. The problem is that when Real Madrid struggle, they quickly morph into Real VARdrid, so we’re looking forward to a Sergio Ramos penalty!

A goal from Sergio Ramos is priced at 7/1 or 8.00
