Terms and Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Umo Quests: The Trophy Run. By participating in this Campaign, players acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, together with Casumo's General Terms and Conditions and Bonus Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference. 

2. This Campaign runs from 1 June 2026 (04:00 EDT) to 5 July 2026 (23:59 EDT) and is open exclusively to players who: (a) are aged nineteen (19) years or older; (b) are located in Canada; and (c) hold a valid and active Casumo account in good standing. 

3. To qualify and participate, players must actively opt in via the promotional landing page. During the Campaign Period, players will be presented with a pool of available missions. To successfully complete a mission, players must fulfil the specific wagering or gameplay requirements detailed in the respective mission description. Daily missions reset every day at 00:00 (CEST). 

4. The Campaign shall run from 1 June 2026 to 5 July 2026 inclusive. Wagers or gameplay made outside these specified periods shall not qualify for participation in this Campaign. Certain time-bound missions, such as the Stanley Cup mission, will only be available during specific dates (1 June – 15 June 2026). 

5. The Big Prize & Unlimited Looping: Upon successfully completing 100 eligible missions, the player shall be entitled to receive the Big Prize (1,000 Bonus Spins on Big Bass Bonanza). Once the Big Prize has been claimed, the player's mission progress tracker will automatically reset to zero. Players may restart and complete the required 100 missions an unlimited number of times during the Campaign Period. 

6. Mission Contribution: Successfully completing any active mission available during the Campaign Period will count as one (+1) completion toward the total 100 missions required to unlock the Big Prize. This includes, but is not limited to, all general recurring missions, time-bound missions, and any other special promotional missions offered to the player during this time.

7. Any Umo Quests: The Trophy Run individual mission rewards or Big Prizes that remain unclaimed shall expire forty-eight (48) hours from the time they were awarded. Expired prizes and Bonus Spins are forfeited and shall not be reinstated or compensated under any circumstances.

9. The maximum number of times a customer can complete the 100 missions to claim the Big Prize is unlimited during the promotional period. All Bonus Spins awarded from individual missions and the Big Prize have a thirty times (30x) Wagering Requirement. Prizes are awarded upon the successful completion of the respective mission requirements. 

10. Casumo reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to amend, suspend, or terminate this Campaign at any time and without prior notice. This includes, without limitation, circumstances involving suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation, or technical failure. Any player found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, collusion, or any form of abuse of this Campaign shall be immediately disqualified and shall forfeit any prizes won.

General Terms and Condition 

Casumo may amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion where necessary for regulatory, technical, or commercial reasons. These Promotion Terms form part of the Casumo General Terms and Conditions and are governed by Casumo’s General Terms and Conditions, Bonus Terms, and any other applicable policies.
