1.1 The promoter is Jocularis Ltd. licensed by the Government of Gibraltar (“Promoter”).
1.2 Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Proof of age and residency may be required.
1.3 The Promotion is free to enter; no purchase, deposit, or wagering is required or permitted to enter.

3.1 The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries at 18:00 NZDT on Mon 12 Jan 2026 at Jocularis offices using automated RNG online drawing mechanisms.
3.2 The Promoter will attempt to contact the winner by SMS and email (minimum two attempts over 72 hours). If contact cannot be made or the prize is not claimed within 72 hours, the Promoter may conduct a redraw.
3.3 Before awarding the prize, the Promoter may require identity, age and residency verification and any other reasonable checks.
3.4 The Promoter will keep an auditable record of the draw for at least 12 months.
4.1 One (1) prize: an all-inclusive 7-night trip to Hawaii for the winner and one companion (both 18+), valued at approximately NZD 20000.

4.6 Both travellers must hold valid passports with at least 6 months remaining validity and meet all entry requirements for Hawaii.
4.7 Once booked, changes are not permitted. If any element becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
4.8 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative.
5.1 The Promotion is intended to be a sales promotion scheme to reward and engage existing and prospective customers; instant-win mechanics are not used.
5.2 The Promoter may disqualify entries and/or void the prize (not account funds) where it reasonably determines there has been fraud, breach of these T&Cs, or unlawful conduct.
