Holiday Prize Terms

  1. Promoter & Eligibility

1.1 The promoter is Jocularis Ltd. licensed by the Government of Gibraltar (“Promoter”).

1.2 Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Proof of age and residency may be required.

1.3 The Promotion is free to enter; no purchase, deposit, or wagering is required or permitted to enter.

1.4 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter or prize-fulfilment suppliers (including Another Way – Prize Management) are ineligible.

1.5 Self-excluded customers and anyone with an active gambling exclusion or restriction with the Promoter are ineligible.

  1. Promotion Period & Entry

2.1 The Promotion runs from 12:00am Mon 1 Dec 2025 to 11:59pm Sun 11 Jan 2026 (NZDT) (“Promotion Period”).

2.2 How to enter: during the Promotion Period, log in and click spin the daily wheel to submit one (1) entry per calendar day.

2.4 Entry limits: one (1) entry per person per day; maximum 42 entries per person. Automated or bulk entries are prohibited.

2.5 Entries must be made personally. The Promoter may void entries it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, automated, or made on behalf of another person.

  1. The Draw, Winner Verification & Claim

3.1 The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries at 18:00 NZDT on Mon 12 Jan 2026 at Jocularis offices using automated RNG online drawing mechanisms.

3.2 The Promoter will attempt to contact the winner by SMS and email (minimum two attempts over 72 hours). If contact cannot be made or the prize is not claimed within 72 hours, the Promoter may conduct a redraw.

3.3 Before awarding the prize, the Promoter may require identity, age and residency verification and any other reasonable checks.

3.4 The Promoter will keep an auditable record of the draw for at least 12 months.

  1. Prize Details — Hawaii Trip for Two

4.1 One (1) prize: an all-inclusive 7-night trip to Hawaii for the winner and one companion (both 18+), valued at approximately NZD 20000.

4.2 Inclusions:

  1. a) Return economy-class flights for two from [Auckland/Wellington/Christchurch] to Hawaii;
  2. b) 7 nights’ accommodation in a Beach Villa (or similar) on an all-inclusive board plan;
  3. c) [X] curated excursion(s) (e.g., snorkelling, dolphin cruise) as specified by Another Way – Prize Management;
  4. d) Prize-winner management and booking assistance by Another Way – Prize Management (UK).

4.3 Exclusions: travel insurance; passports/visas; vaccinations; baggage fees; upgrades; optional activities; minibar; incidentals; personal expenses; currency conversion fees; and any costs not explicitly listed as included.

4.4 Booking & travel windows: The prize must be booked within 3 months of acceptance and travel must be completed within 12 months of acceptance, subject to availability.

4.5 Blackout dates where booking is not permitted:15 Dec–31 Jan; NZ school holidays; additional blackout dates may apply at the travel supplier’s discretion.

4.6 Both travellers must hold valid passports with at least 6 months remaining validity and meet all entry requirements for Hawaii.

4.7 Once booked, changes are not permitted. If any element becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

4.8 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative.

  1. Fairness, Responsible Play & Restrictions

5.1 The Promotion is intended to be a sales promotion scheme to reward and engage existing and prospective customers; instant-win mechanics are not used.

5.2 The Promoter may disqualify entries and/or void the prize (not account funds) where it reasonably determines there has been fraud, breach of these T&Cs, or unlawful conduct.

  1. Changes & Force Majeure

6.1 The Promoter may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion on notice if reasonably necessary due to fraud, technical failure, or events outside its control (e.g., natural disaster, epidemic, travel restrictions). Any change will not reduce rights already accrued.

7.2 To fulfil the prize, we will disclose the winner’s details to Another Way – Prize Management (UK). We will take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient provides comparable safeguards to the NZ Privacy Act 2020 (IPP12). 8.1 Promoter’s decisions are final on all matters relating to the Promotion (acting reasonably and in accordance with these T&Cs).

8.2 The Promotion and these T&Cs are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction.

8.3 If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in force.

  • Each eligible player may receive one (1) Spinumo wheel spin every twenty-four (24) hours. The next spin opportunity becomes available exactly twenty-four (24) hours after the time the previous spin was used. This means that the spin allocation does not reset automatically on a calendar-day basis. Each player’s individual spin eligibility window is determined by the time of their most recent spin.
