Terms and Conditions

Only available to registered players aged 18 or over, or the higher legal minimum age in their jurisdiction (including 24 years in the Netherlands, 21 years in Estonia, and 19 years in Canada), with a verified account. The promotion is only available in jurisdictions where it is legally permitted.

This Promotion runs from 24 August 2026 at 15:00:00 CEST to 31 August 2026 at 23:59:59 CEST. All times are shown in CEST.

The total Promotion prize pool is €5,000, made up of a €3,000 Raffle Draw Prize Pool (25 cash prizes) and a €2,000 Swap Prize Pool (335 cash prizes). Advertised local-currency amounts are estimated equivalents and may vary with exchange rates.

To take part, players must opt in. When a player opens a participating game during an active raffle, they will be prompted to opt in — select “Opt-In” to become eligible. Players who miss the prompt can opt in at any time via the in-game 777 icon.

Players earn raffle tickets automatically by playing participating games. To qualify, players must place a real-money bet of at least the minimum qualifying bet for their market (or the minimum bet required by the game, whichever is higher). Every qualifying spin has a random chance to award raffle tickets, which are credited automatically. Only real-money bets qualify; bets placed with bonus funds or bonus spins do not count.

The Promotion will award a maximum of 10,000 raffle tickets in total across all participating players. Once this cap is reached, no further tickets will be awarded for the remainder of the Promotion.
Players can track their ticket count and access all raffle information via the in-game 777 icon or the raffle area in the game lobby. A countdown timer will appear as the raffle nears its end.

During the active raffle — and for 7 days after it ends — players may choose to swap some or all of their raffle tickets for cash prizes, while swap-prize stocks last. The following swap prizes are available across all participating players: €20 (5 available), €15 (10 available), €10 (30 available), and €5 (290 available). Tickets that are swapped are removed from the draw pool and will not be entered into the draw. Alternatively, players may keep all of their tickets to enter them into the draw. Once the raffle closes, a draw takes place across all tickets kept in the draw pool. A total of 25 cash prizes will be awarded from the Raffle Draw Prize Pool: €500 (2 winners), €250 (3 winners), €100 (5 winners), and €50 (15 winners). Winners are notified via an in-game pop-up, and all players holding tickets entered in the draw will be notified whether or not they hold a winning ticket.

Swapping remains available for 7 days after the raffle ends, subject to remaining swap-prize availability, so players holding unused tickets should check back. After this 7-day period, any unswapped tickets will expire and hold no value.

Cash prizes are credited as withdrawable funds with no wagering requirements. Winning players will receive an in-game notification confirming their prize, and prizes should appear in the player’s wallet immediately or within 5 business days. Cash prizes may be withdrawn subject to Casumo’s standard withdrawal policies.

Only bets placed in real-money mode qualify for this Promotion. Bets placed using bonus funds or bonus spins do not count towards earning raffle tickets.

Prizes are paid in cash. The prize pool is set in EUR; winning players will be paid the equivalent in the currency of their account at the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. Advertised local-currency amounts are estimated and may be more or less depending on currency conversion.

Casumo reserves the right to void scores, or not to pay out a prize, where all or part of the result arises from any obvious error, mistake or technical fault (including incorrect game payouts), whether caused by machine or human error, or from cheating or collusion with other players.

All prizes are subject to verification. Any misuse, irregular play, or breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in prizes being withheld or cancelled.

This Promotion may be amended, suspended, or cancelled if required for regulatory, technical, or fraud-prevention reasons.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend any competition and the applicable terms without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, force majeure or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event that is outside of our reasonable control.

Any such changes will be notified to entrants (or the winner, as the case may be) as soon as is reasonably possible.

This offer is limited to one offer per person (one offer per household address, IP, email address, telephone number, payment method). Players using a shared computer can only have one account per computer or IP address. In case of accounts found to be sharing the details previously mentioned, Casumo reserves the right to confiscate the funds on the accounts and/or block the accounts.

Should any player account become self-excluded due to responsible gaming concerns before or during the valid dates of this promotion, that player will be automatically excluded from any further participation in the promotion even if they have already begun wagering.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By participating, players agree to the processing of their data as required to administer the promotion and award prizes.

By entering this Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
